We did it! Summitwave is founded

With the registration as FlexCo, the next phase begins for us.

Summitwave is now officially registered as FlexCo

An important milestone for Summitwave: Since 05.02.2026 Summitwave has been registered as Flexible Capital Company in the Austrian commercial register. This creates a stable basis for growth, partnerships, and the next steps around Auracast infrastructure in professional environments.

A new framework for the next phase

For us, the registration as FlexCo is more than a formal step. It provides Summitwave with the appropriate legal and organisational framework to reliably collaborate with customers, partners, and integrators.

Our focus remains clear: We develop and produce electronic solutions for modern, accessible audio transmission – especially for venues, universities, churches, public buildings, and professional AV environments. The purpose of the commercial register includes the development and production of electronic devices as well as telecommunications services.

What does this mean for customers and partners?

For our customers and partners, collaboration with Summitwave will become even easier and more binding:

  • clear points of contact and responsibilities
  • professional framework for pilot installations and rollouts
  • clean offer, order and invoicing processes
  • long-term partnership for accessible audio infrastructure

At the same time, our ambition remains the same: to build Auracast-capable solutions that not only impress technically but also work reliably in real venues inclusive of solutions for guests without their own compatible device.

What comes next

In the coming months, we will continue to work on pilot installations, reference projects, product and software updates, as well as expanding our partner network with AV integrators, event organisers and operators.
