What do we actually do?
Many people with hearing aids experience lectures, church services or conversations at counters today as if they were listening to a lecture without a microphone.
It is not the volume that is the main problem, but the intelligibility.
Summitwave addresses exactly this gap: Our Auracast systems transmit speech and audio directly, clearly and with low latency to compatible hearing aids or to our own mobile receivers. This makes understanding less dependent on reverberation, distance and difficult room acoustics.

What an Auracast assistive listening system does not replace
Not every hearing aid receives Auracast directly. Guests without a compatible hearing aid or cochlear implant use an RX with an inductive neckloop. Direct listening and loan receivers therefore belong in the same plan. Wer noch kein kompatibles Hörgerät oder Cochlea-Implantat nutzt, bekommt einen RX mit induktiver Nackenschlaufe. Deshalb planen wir direkte Nutzung und Leihempfänger gemeinsam.
One transmitter does not automatically cover every room. Walls, metal and irregular layouts limit coverage. Measurements in Quality Control mode determine whether one or several transmitter cells are required.
And the other half
The same system carries up to six channels. What works for a hearing aid also works for interpretation, audio commentary and a parallel session.
